Hjemmelaget hvitløksmajones

0,75-1 dl nøytral olje (jeg brukte raps)
1 eggeplomme
1-1,5 ss sennep (ikke grov type)
1 stort fedd hvitløk
1-2 ss sitronsaft
Salt og pepper
1 dæsj persille

HUSK! Alle ingrediensene må være romtemperert

La stå litt for at smaken skal sette seg.

Pasta med pastinakk

Et par håndfuller pasta
1 pastinakk
2 gulerøtter
3 fedd hvitløk
Tørket chili og jalapeno
1 pakke bacon
En dæsj creme fraiche og matfløte.

Skjærte pastinakk og gulerøtter i små biter. Rev hvitløk. Surret pastinakk, gulerøtter og hvitløk mykt i smør. Stekte så bacon i biter sammen med det. Helte oppi en dæsj creme fraiche og matfløte og masse tørket chili/jalapeno. Lot det surre mens pastaen kokte. Enjoy :)

NB! Tror erter ville løftet retten et hakk.

Pizzabunn

2,5 dl lunkent vann
25 gram fersk gjær
ca 1/2 ts havsalt
2 ss olivenolje
5-6 dl pizzamel eller hvetemel

Ha alt i kjøkkenmaskin, men hold litt igjen på melet.
Elt i ca 15 min - ferdig når den er litt klissete men smidig og glatt.

Hev i ca 1 time til dobbel størrelse.

Bør stekes en stund - ca 20 min. Blir ekstra krønsjy hvis du deler opp pizzaen og ettersteker et par minutter.

Peanøttsmør og sjokolade. Kan det bli bedre?

Peanut Butter-Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Makes about 16 cookies

1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
1 stick (½ cup) unsalted butter, at room temperature
½ cup creamy peanut butter
½ cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup light brown sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg
½ cup rolled oats
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.

2. Whisk together the flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.

3. On medium speed, cream together the butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract, about 3 minutes. Add the egg and beat to combine. On low speed, gradually add the flour until just combined. Stir in the oats, and then the chocolate chips.

4. Use a large cookie scoop (3 tablespoons) and drop dough onto prepared baking sheets about 2 inches apart. Bake for 10 minutes, or until the cookies are lightly golden. Cool completely on the baking sheet and then store in an airtight container at room temperature.

Wow. Fantastiske muffins.

Lemon Poppy Seed Muffins

2/3 cup sugar
grated zest and juice of 1 lemon
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup sour cream
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 stick (8 tablespoons) unsalted butter, melted and cooled
2 tablespoons poppy seeds

Center a rack in the oven and preheat the oven to 400F. Butter or spray the 12 molds in a regular-size muffin pan or fit the molds with paper muffin cups.

In a large bowl, rub the sugar and lemon zest together with your fingertips until the sugar is moist and the fragrance of lemon strong. Whisk in the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In a large glass measuring cup or another bowl, whisk the sour cream, eggs, vanilla, lemon juice and melted butter together until well blended. Pour the liquid ingredients over the dry ingredients and, with the whisk or a rubber spatula, gently but quickly stir to blend. Don't worry about being thorough - a few lumps are better than over mixing the batter. Stir in the poppy seeds. Divide the batter evenly among the muffins cups.

Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until the tops are golden and a thin knife inserted into the center of the muffins comes out clean. Transfer the pan to a rack and cool for 5 minutes before carefully removing each muffin from its mold.

GLAZE: Powdered sugar and lemon juice.
